Starlight Lighting stands behinds its products and will issue a refund, replacement or store credit if you are not satisfied with your purchase and notify us within 7 days of receipt of product. Goods returned for refund, replacement or credit must be brought or shipped back to our store within seven days in the original carton and accompanied by the original sales receipt. Purchases made by cheque will be refunded by cheque approximately 10 business days from date of return. Damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours and accompanied by the original sales receipt. We reserve the right to refuse goods damaged due to improper installation, packing or care by the purchaser. Deposits for custom orders are non-refundable, products special ordered are subject to a restocking charge of up to 40% plus freight to return the product to the manufacturer. The only warranties applying to items sold are those which may be offered by the manufacturer. We hereby expressly disclaim merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
