Canmore showroom questions
Do I need an appointment?
No. You can visit during showroom hours. Calling or emailing ahead helps us set aside time, especially for larger projects. Email info@starlightlighting.ca to plan your visit.
Will everything in the catalogue be on display?
Our catalogue is larger than the showroom floor. If you do not see what you have in mind, our team can show you additional options and help you order.
Can you help with a new build or renovation?
Yes. Bring your plans, room dimensions and finish samples. For large custom homes, we offer a free initial one-hour design consultation; additional time is billed at $60 to $100 per hour depending on the associate or consultant. Contact us to discuss the scope and cost before booking.
Can you help me choose outdoor lighting?
Tell us about the installation location and exposure to mountain weather. We can help compare product ratings, finishes and specifications for your space.
